motivation. With three young daughters to care for and a deep desire to build something lasting, she
started cleaning homes in her local community—one house, one business at a time. Her attention to
detail, work ethic, and heart for helping others quickly earned her a reputation for excellence.
Named in honor of her daughters, Olive and Rose Services was born out of the belief that every
family—and every business—deserves a clean, organized, and peaceful space to grow and thrive.

A trusted face in Southern California — and the heart behind Olive and Rose Services.
Born in Turkey, Defne Candir Aydin brings a wealth of global hospitality experience to Olive and
Rose Services. She has held leadership roles in prestigious hotels and restaurants across the U.S.
and abroad, including her most recent position as Resident Manager at The Clifton Inn, one of
Southern California's premier boutique properties. Prior to that, she served at the Boar’s Head Inn, a
renowned four-diamond destination, where she managed restaurant operations, bar service, and room
service with excellence.
Internationally, Defne has worked with high-end establishments across Europe and beyond, gaining a
deep understanding of what true hospitality means.
